How do I place an order?
Head to our Order page to build your order and choose a pickup day and time. We bake in small batches, so ordering ahead reserves your favorites. Orders for a given day close at 8 AM that morning. After that, the soonest you can pick up is the next day.
When and where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in Orem or Springville (exact addresses coming soon) during the 3:30–5:30 PM window on the day you choose at checkout. The available days show up on the Order page when you pick your date.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. We send a text confirmation to the phone number you give us when you order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Just reach out by 8 AM on your pickup day (the same cut-off as ordering) and we’ll change or cancel it. Call or text 385-236-3395 and we’ll take care of it.
Do you deliver?
We mainly do pickup, but drop-off is an option. Drop off is available for an additional charge. Price is dependent on size and distance. Contact us or call or text 385-236-3395 and we’ll work it out with you.
How do I pay?
You pay in person when you pick up your order. We don’t take payment online. We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Place your order on the website and we’ll have it ready for you.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order as much or as little as you’d like.
How far in advance should I order?
Ordering a few days ahead is best, especially for larger orders. Same-day availability is limited and sells out quickly.
Do you take custom or large orders?
Yes! We love custom and bulk orders for events and gatherings. Please get in touch so we can plan ahead.
Do you have a storefront?
We’re a small-batch bakery based in Orem, Utah, and currently operate by order rather than as a walk-in storefront.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our bakes may contain common allergens such as wheat, eggs, and dairy. Let us know about any allergies when you order and we’ll do our best to help.
